As the Mandatory requirement to generate E-Way bill for Inter-State movement of goods has already been started wef 01.04.18, CBEC has released  FAQ related to general portal, registration, enrolment, login, cancelling e-way bill, rejecting e-way bill and consolidated E-Way bill.
